5.0 STATE ASSESSMENTS

5.1 SOUTH EAST QUEENSLAND REGIONAL PLAN

The site is identified within the South East Queensland Regional Plan as being within the Urban
Footprint. Assessment of the applicable provisions of the Regional Plan indicates that the proposed
development is an appropriate urban scale of development. Assessment against the regulatory
provision is not triggered and referral is not required.

5.2 REGIONAL ECOSYSTEM MAPPING

The subject site is identified as containing a small area of remnant vegetation that is a least concern
regional ecosystem seen in the figure below. No vegetation removal is required as such referral is not
triggered.

5.3 PUBLIC PASSENGER TRANSPORT FACILITY

The subject site is within 400m of a Public Passenger Transport Facility, seen in the figure below. The
development is therefore referrable to the Department of Transport and Main Roads as a Concurrence
Agency.
