Dear Mr Lewis

When the application was filed for development permit, they failed to 
report on Environmental relevant Activity - IDAS Form 8:
  * release water or waste to land
  * release storm water to receiving environment
  * store or move bulk material
  * release contaminants indirectly to groundwater

Since the applicant is now proposing to spread the entire waste from the 
eight sheds on the surrounding hillsides, I request that the application 
be re-submitted and approp;riate time be given to those concerned about 
this new plan to present their objections and for relevant government 
departments duely notified.

There are Koalas (which on the coast are endangered) in the State Forest 
adjoining this property and a likely presence of the endangered Giant 
Barred Frog in local waterways this should be given priority before 
approval process goes any further.
