               3.     COMMENTARY
               Council determined that the proposal was exempt for the following reasons:
               1.     The applicant proposes a domestic shed in an area mapped as Agricultural Land
                      Conservation Area. The shed will have inconsequential impacts on surrounding land uses
                      and neighbouring properties and will not diminish the productive capacity of the nearby
                      Agricultural Land Conservation Area (as per Performance Outcome PO2 of the Rural Zone
                      Code), therefore the proposal should be considered Accepted Development under Noosa
                      Plan 2020.
