RE:     Notice of a changed application– MCU21/0090 – 53 Martins Rd, Cooroy
Council issued a further information request on 26 May 2021. In response to the requested
items, the applicant gives notice of a changed application in accordance with S.52(1) of
The Planning Act 2016 and section 25-26 of the Development Assessment Rules.
Accompanying the response is an amended DAForm 1, Planning Report and Proposal
Plans. The amended proposal also addresses items raised in the information request.
