INFRASTRUCTURE & SERVICES COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATIONS

The following Recommendations from the Infrastructure and Services Committee
were adopted without discussion or further amendment.

The Infrastructure & Services Committee recommendations dated 19 August, 2014 be adopted
except where dealt with or held over by separate resolution.

1    PLANNING & INFRASTRUCTURE DEPARTMENTAL UPDATE
     That Council note the report by the Director, Planning and Infrastructure to the
     Infrastructure and Services Committee Meeting dated 19 August 2014 providing an update
     on the operations of the Planning and Infrastructure Department.


2    FREE HOLIDAY BUSES CHRISTMAS 2014/15 & EASTER 2015
     Item not dealt with by Infrastructure & Services Committee.             Referred to General
     Committee for consideration.
     Reason for referral: Request for a further report outlining proposed changes to the
     marketing budget and further information on some of the proposed routes.


3    NOOSA JUNCTION - PETITION TO CHANGE PARKING IN NOOSA JUNCTION
     Item not dealt with by Infrastructure & Services Committee. Referred to General
     Committee for consideration.
     Reason for referral: To present alternative options for Council’s consideration


4    COMMUNITY SERVICES DEPARTMENTAL UPDATE
     That Council note the report by the Director Community Services to the Infrastructure &
     Services Committee Meeting dated 19 August 2014 providing an update on the operations
     of the Community Services Department.
