In accordance with s.18.1 of the Development Assessment Rules 2017, on behalf of Hon Lee we hereby notify
Council that public notification for this development application (MCU17/0076.01 & OPW17/0224.01) was
undertaken from 28/1/2022 to 18/2/2022 in accordance with the requirements under s.17 and Schedule 3 of
the Development Assessment Rules 2017.

I confirm the following public notification actions were undertaken for the above application:

   •   A notice will be published in the Noosa Today on 28/1/2022,
   •   A notice will be placed on the premises in the way prescribed under the Development Assessment
       Rules on 28/1/2022, and
   •   The owners of the adjoining premises will be notified of the application on 27/1/2022.
