Good Morning

I write to oppose the above application on the basis of siting.

34 Elm Street is situated between the worst two junctions in the Hinterland:
- Elm Street and the Cooroy-Noosa Road
- Elm Street and Myall St

Both these junctions can be a nightmare to travel through and a car wash between them is only going to produce more traffic and worsen the current situation.

I would be supportive of a car wash in the industrial area on the other side of town.
