Rationale for the Proposal
Existing boundary is too close to house Lot 392 for the sake of amenity.
Existing substantial fence is not on existing boundary.
Existing fence is in good position for amenity on Lot 392, and also for Lot 402.
Occupation of Lots 392 and 402 to the fence and amenity provided, has been established since 2016.
Boundary proposed to be moved to the existing new dividing fence,
Scale 1 : 400 distances are in metres will ensure that some native trees can be preserved on Lot 3921.
