Application Number: MCU21/0151 24 December 2021 Attention: Lisa Pienaar Planning Department Noosa Council Via email: [email protected] RE: Information Request Response under section 13 of the Development Assessment Rules Dear Lisa, In accordance with Part 3 section 13 of the Development Assessment Rules, Downer on behalf of Telstra, provides response to Noosa Council (Council) Information Request dated 5 October 2021 for the development application for a Telecommunications Facility (the proposed facility) at 25 Railway Pde Pomona Qld 4568, formally described as Lot 1 on RP147703. Information Request Response Request Item 1: Landscape Plan A landscape plan is attached and complies with the outcomes in the Hinterland Villages Local Plan Code, the Landscaping Code and corresponding Planning Scheme Policy PSP 2 Landscaping. The proposed landscaping will provide sufficient screening of the facility from both neighbouring dwellings and from Railway Parade. Downer would like to formally request Council to proceed with the assessment of the application, taking into consideration the above Information Request Response.
