7.0 CONCLUSIONS

7.1 Review of key criteria

An assessment of the proposed subdivision with regard to the report aims listed in S1.3 is
      summarised in Table 10 below.

Table 10 Subdivision compliance assessment summary

                      Criteria Assessment

        No Description Achieved Comment

                                                             Refer S2.4.2.
Calculations have considered No advice received from ENERGEX regarding any
1 current and future levels of EMF.
Y future (Planned) changes to the 132kV circuits or
                                                             their load (request submitted 30/1/2020).

              Compliance with applicable
         2 standards and industry practice.
                                                     Y Refer S6.2.

                                                             Refer S6.3.
              Development incorporates the
         3 principles of prudent avoidance.
Y ENERGEX line phasing already configured in
                                                             minimum field arrangement.

It can be seen from Table 10 above that the proposed subdivision layout meets the
required criteria with respect to magnetic fields associated with the ENERGEX 132kV
      power infrastructure.

7.2 Assumptions and limitations

 Safety issues concerning touch voltages in the vicinity of towers or preventing
access to high voltage towers or conductor corridors are not included in this study.

 Load criteria for magnetic field studies based on the average and estimated
maximum current through each 132kV feeder based on the supplied data.

 Magnetic and electric field calculations based on the geometry of the double circuit
intermediate constructions used on the line.

 Magnetic and electric field studies based on an average phase conductor
             temperature of 50°C.

 Positioning on the easement assumed for F790 assumed to be 12.7m from the
             southern edge.
