b. Condition 42(f). The proposed End of Trip Facilities are required to encourage users of the site
including employees to access the site by alternative transport modes. The absence of EOT
facilities in the existing hotel does not justify non-compliance in the proposed expansion. Staff
may work across varied shifts, and facilities such as a shower and secure locker may improve
staff ability to utilise alternative transport.
