I confirm that Council is agreeable to an extension to the decision period to allow the applicant time to amend the proposal plans to address Energex’s advice.  It is suggested though that the decision period be extended through to 30 April 2020 to enable the matter to be reported to Council’s first meeting in April 2020 after the local government elections. Please note that the date for this meeting will not be set until the new Council commences.
