Hi Simone,
This is a tricky one because the last change application to enclose 7m² of veranda was supported but it went to council meetings as the development already significantly exceeded the allowed GFA.
The enclosing of a veranda contributes to GFA and I cannot give any indication on whether an application to enclose another veranda would be approved.
The proposal requires a minor change to the existing approval 51981.3400 and the fee is $2,218.
For clarification there is no guarantee of approval given the GFA issue.

One of the other units have had this done previously, I am told with approval.
