In accordance with Section 54 of the Planning Act 2016 and Section 5 of the Development
Assessment Rules and on behalf of Noosa Spotlight Property 2 Pty Ltd, please find attached a copy of
Council’s Confirmation Notice dated 31 May 2019 and the application report and supporting
documentation lodged with Noosa Council on 17 May 2019 and deemed as properly made on 17 May
2019
As this application is being referred electronically to SARA through MyDAS2 the referral fee,
amounting to $3,240.00 will be paid following receipt of the Notice to Pay.
We trust that on receipt of this notice this application will be taken to be a ‘properly referred
application’ for Section 54(1) of the Planning Act 2016. We look forward to receiving a Referral
Confirmation Notice for the application.
In accordance with Section 5.3 of the Development Assessment Rules a copy of this cover letter for
the referral under Section 54 of the Planning Act 2016 will concurrently be provided to Noosa Council.
