The proposal complies with all applicable Acceptable Outcomes within the Noosaville local plan area
code. Refer attached Code Assessment.

5.4 PLANNING SCHEME CODE ASSESSMENT

A review of the relevant planning scheme codes has been undertaken which confirms the proposed
development complies with all of the Acceptable and Performance Outcomes of the applicable codes.
Where the proposal does not comply with the Acceptable Outcomes of the codes, the below provide
alternate solutions to satisfy the corresponding Performance Outcome.
