Further to our recent discussions and negotiations regarding the above development application.  Please see attached a copy of Notice of Change and updated architectural plans to reflect the revised proposal.  Please note we are preparing to update the OPW landscape plan to reflect the revised proposal and I hope to forward this through as soon as practical.

I trust this proposal is to Council's satisfaction and we look forward to a favourable decision by way of granting a development permit for the proposed change.
