       Road Pro’s report provides the following Summary and Conclusion;

       The proposed café at 18 Duke St, Sunshine Beach can be operated in a manner that achieves
       the Outcomes of the Noosa Plan i.e. without significant adverse change to noise in the area.

       The measures required to do this are predominately operational in nature, and are therefore
       dependent on staff being very aware of the potential for noise generation, and pro-actively
       addressing it as required.

       Suggestions have been made to address potential noise sources, however these shouldn’t
       be considered to be exhaustive.


   2. Provide an amended site plan correctly positioning the site boundary in relation to the
      building.

       The proposal plans refer Appendix B have been amended to correctly position the
       site boundary in relation to the building.
