The information requested is set out below:
Issue
Council has concerns with the potential impacts of the new drainage system. The new system may have a larger capacity to convey stormwater compared to the existing drainage system and any additional flows may impact on the downstream drainage structures and patterns.
Information Required
Provide additional detail on the capacity of the existing drainage system under the subject driveway
Provide the calculated capacity of the proposed system
Provide comment in regard to the impacts on the downstream drainage system (culverts) and drainage patterns created by any increase in capacity due to the new system
Issue
The scour protection on the submitted plans extends into the neighbouring property.
Information Required
Provide amended plans that contain the scour protection within the subject site or alternatively provide written authority from the adjoining neighbour to install the scour protection within their property

The due date for providing the requested information is 15 January 2021. Please advise Council of your response to this information request in accordance with section 13 of the Development Assessment Rules.
