             RE:       PUBLIC NOTIFICATION OF DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION
             Development Application  - Material Change of Use of Premises - Retail Business Type 2 - Shop & Salon
             over Land described as Lot 6 on N21827 and situated at 15 Noosa Dr, Noosa Heads

             Our finn has been engaged as the town planning consultants for the lodgment and management of the above
             development application currently under assessment by Noosa Council as the Assessment Manager under the
             Sustainable Planning Act 2009.

             In accordance with the provisions of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009, the application is required to undergo public
             notification which includes giving a notice to the owners of all land adjoining the proposed development stte.

             The applicant hereby gives you notice of the above development application over land which adjoins your property and
             wishes to infonn you that you have the opportuntty to examine the proposal in detail at Council's offices. A copy of the
             Public Notice for the above proposal is enclosed 10 assist you in this regard.

             Should you wish to make a submission in response to the above proposal, the Sustainable Planning Act 2009 requires,
             among other things, that a property made submission is made to the Assessment Manager and:

                  (a)     is in writing and is signed by each person making the submission; and
                  (b)     is received by the Assessment Manager on or before the date indicated by the Public Notice; and
                  (c)     states the name and address of each person making the submission; and
                  (d)     states the grounds of the submission and the facls and circumstances relied on in support of the grounds.

             Please note:
                 •      WJittensubmissions may be made electronically; and
                  •       electronic submissions are to be sent to [email protected], and
                  •       all submissions, including individual submitte~s particulars, will be published on Council's website (PO Online)
                          and therefore will be accessible to intemet search engines
