Dear Sir/Madam,
  As a resident of Serenity Close, I am very concerned at the Traffic Report-especially as it was done in July-a quiet period for Noosa. My suggestion would be to simply open up Banksia Avenue, which would give options and prevent traffic congestion in Grant Street.
