2. be in writing
3. be signed by each person who made the submission unless the submission is made electronically

6. be received by Council during the formal public notification period

                                                   I/We object to the proposal for a service station development as per the
I (We), make the following submission: Application MCU15/0095 at
 Lot 30 SP 170751, 115 Eumundi-Noosa Road (adjacent to the GSLC and open-air school

 pool) because I/We believe:                                                              xt
 * the proximity of a service station, an open-air swimming pool, approximately 900 school children, an
 electricity substation and a higher volume of traffic
 entering this adjacent site poses a number of unnecessary and unacceptable health and safety risks for our
 school community (on a daily basis, but also
 in the event of an unforeseen incident
  T emergency)
*orthe traffic impact and congestion issues along this section of Eumundi-Noosa Road and at the entry and exit
 Te
points    to both roundabouts in the immediate
vicinity (Goodchap Street and Walter Hay Drive) will be

significant      and unacceptable
 * there are components of the proposed service station development which are inconsistent and/ or

 T compliant with the Noosa plan

* there is a not a need for the proposed development, given that Council has recently approved a service
 e
station/shop at 139 Eumundi-Noosa Road

 xt concerns are a brief summary only, and I/We support a more comprehensive Submission which will be
lodged by our parent Action Group prior
