Dear Ant, 

 

The Decision Period for this application ends on 24 December 2024. 

 

The applicant is currently preparing a minor change application to address some of the concerns raised by Council; however, is waiting on new photomontages to be prepared for the development proposal. 

 

It is intended to lodge the minor change application as soon possible, but this will also take some time to assess. 

 

Pursuant to section 22.1 of the Development Assessment Rules, the applicant requests the decision-making period be extended by agreement to 28 February 2025.

 

Please advise if you have any concerns with this request.
