Planning Report - 10 independent living units

Please refer to Appendix C for a copy of the Proposal Plans prepared by Palm Lake Works.
The extension occupies an area of 5,796m2 where the use proposed remains consistent with that
approved in the current resort. As mentioned in Section 4.0, the intention is to transition and
preserve the existing use and development rights established by the existing approval. The below
Figures (3 & 4) demonstrate the current approved layout and the proposed layout inclusive of the
extension.

Changes to the site as a result of the extension include:

       Changes to the overall development site and staging plans;
       Result in the development comprising 230 independent dwelling units; and
       The development will now incorporate Stage 6 for the purpose of construction.

The site will feature an additional 10 independent living units to be located to the north of Lots 217-
220. These units will be serviced by the internal road network with the addition of a new one way
circuit resulting in the overall development being comprised of 230 independent dwelling units.

All remaining components of the existing development will stay unchanged.
