Considered representative of a regrowth community of RE 12.3.1
Average canopy height = 16-20m
Projective Foliage Canopy Cover (PFCC) = >70%
Dominant Canopy Species = Syzgium floribunda
Dominant Mid-storey species = Acacia melanoxylon, Glochidion spp., and Archontophoenix
cunninghamiana
Dominant Understorey = Lomandra spp. and Cissus hypoglauca
Potential combined surface fuel load = 3.5t/ha
Total fuel load = 3.5t/ha
Prone Type Class = 3 (QFES BRC 2019)
