 Uncontrolled       If an uncontrolled fire is burning within the fire risk catchment, all

                    guests and staff are to be alerted to the presence of a fire and

                    evacuation to the Emergency Evacuation Point and/or from the site
                    as directed by the relevant emergency service (depending on
                    position of fire and projected burn pathway).
                    Stay informed of the fire’s progress and determine the level of threat
                    to the subject site by contacting the local Fire Control Staff (i.e., the
                    Pomona Station) and monitor announcements regarding the fire
                    situation via QFES public notifications.
 Catastrophic Fire Events either planned or in progress are cancelled.
 Danger Rating      If an event is in progress the guests and staff are to evacuate as
                    directed by QFES and/or QPS.
 Extreme       Fire All guests are to be made aware prior to the event of the bushfire risk
 Danger Rating      acting on the site and given the option to not attend should they wish.
                    Ensure that vehicles are parked in such a way as to facilitate the
                    prompt and safe egress of vehicles to the Emergency Evacuation
                    Point and if need be from the site (i.e., vehicles not being parked or
                    positioned in a manner which impedes traffic flow).
                    Stay informed of any local bushfires and determine the level of threat
                    to the site by contacting the local Fire Brigade.
                    Monitor relevant websites, local media and public service
                    announcements regarding the fire situation.
                    Ensure that water points are functional.
                    Ensure that signage informing personnel of the evacuation
                    procedures in the event of a bushfire are provided on site.
                    Guests and staff are to be warned of the potential risk.
                    Pasture & Orchard areas about marquee, carpark, and access
                    routes are managed to reduce the risk of grassfire.
 High Fire Danger Staff to be warned of the potential risk and be aware of evacuation
 Rating             procedures.
                    Ensure internal access roads are maintained and can accommodate
                    the expected traffic.
                    Ensure that water points are functional.
                    Ensure that signage informing personnel of the evacuation
                    procedures in the event of a bushfire are provided on site.
                    Guests and staff are to be warned of the potential risk.
                    Pasture & Orchard areas about marquee, carpark, and access
                    routes are managed to reduce the risk of grassfire.
