        Pasture & Orchard areas about marquee, carpark, and access routes are managed
         (i.e., mowed to reduce the risk of grassfire).
        Guests and staff are to be warned of the potential risk.
        Ensure that signage informing personnel of the evacuation procedures in the event of
         a bushfire are provided on site.
4. Precautions for a prevailing Extreme fire danger rating.
        All guests are to be made aware prior to the event of the bushfire risk acting on the site
         and given the option to not attend should they wish.
        Guests and staff are aware of evacuation procedures.
        Ensure that water points are functional.
        Ensure internal access roads are unobstructed and can accommodate the expected
         traffic.
        Pasture & Orchard areas about marquee, carpark, and access routes are managed
         (i.e., mowed to reduce the risk of grassfire).
        Ensure that vehicles are parked in such a way as to facilitate the prompt and safe
         egress from the site (i.e., vehicles not being parked or positioned in a manner which
         impedes traffic flow).
        Guests and staff are to be verbally warned by Fire Wardens of the potential risk.
        Ensure that signage informing personnel of the evacuation routes in the event of a
         bushfire are provided on site.
        Stay informed of any local bushfires and determine the level of threat to the site by
         contacting the local Fire Brigade.
        Monitor relevant websites, local media and public service announcements regarding
         the fire situation.
5. Precautions for a prevailing Catastrophic fire danger rating.
        Events either planned or in progress are cancelled.
        If an event is in progress the guests and staff are to evacuate as directed by QFES
         and/or QPS.
        Guests and staff are aware of evacuation procedures.
        Ensure that water points are functional.
        Ensure internal access roads are unobstructed and can accommodate the expected
         traffic.
        Pasture & Orchard areas about marquee, carpark, and access routes are managed to
         reduce the risk of grassfire.
        Ensure that vehicles are parked in such a way as to facilitate the prompt and safe
         egress of vehicles to the Emergency Evacuation Point and if need be from the site (i.e.,
