                           _ medium, whether in hard or electronic form created by, or provided |
                           : to, the NBRF to further the purposes and objectives of the Trust but .
                             expressly excludes any Couneil Material.
     ! Noosa Biosphere     ! Means the Noosa Biosphere Reserve? as designated ~ under the
     | Reserve             _ UNESCO Man and the Biosphere Program as may be varied from |

     | Noosa         Shire | Means the local govermament exercising powers vested under the |

     ! Operational         ! Means funds required-to cover the day to day operations of NBRF !
     | Expenses            such “assemployee payments, accounting expenses, licence fees, |
                           “Maintenance and repairs, advertising, supplies, legal costs, utilities, |
                           _ insurance, and, office expenses.
     ! Project             ! Means,\an individual or collaborative activity that is carefully planned !
                           _ to achieve a particular outcome and with specific start and end dates, |
                             and may comprise multiple stages.
     i Property            i Means any legal or equitable estate or interest (whether present or i
                           _ future and whether vested or contingent) in real or personal Property |
                           _ of any description.
