20 Hofmann Drive, Noosaville | Traffic Impact Assessment As any possible manufacturing / production type incubator tenancies in Building 1 are generally of a small scale the likelihood is that the proposed servicing arrangements are expected to be smaller and hence the proposed arrangements are appropriate. The smaller tenancies could be serviced by a small van (B99), which would enter and exit the site and allow for direct loading from the adjoining car parks (on an unreserved basis or with a time parking management system / temporary loading area). For any larger deliveries, the proposed servicing areas adjacent to tenancies T03 to T11, and the pedestrian connection along the western boundary allows for access to each tenancy. Any deliveries would be for only a short period, and unlikely to interrupt regular customer activities at the site given the wider car parking arrangements. 5.3 Summary The proposed servicing arrangements, subject to the recommendations above, are appropriate from a traffic engineering perspective, and are considered compliant with The Noosa Plan, Division 13 – Driveways and Carparking Code requirements. \\FILE\Projects\BLU0517\01\3.
