20 Hofmann Drive, Noosaville | Traffic Impact Assessment 12.0 Summary Key findings of this report are summarised below: • The proposed access arrangements are generally consistent with the Previous Approval; • The proposed carparking supply is expected to be appropriate to support the development. • The proposed servicing strategy is appropriate to support the development; • The development layout is generally compliant with The Noosa Plan, Division 13 – Driveways and Carparking Code; • Peak hour traffic generation associated with the Proposed Development is expected to be lower than that of the Previous Approval. No external road network upgrades are required to support the Proposed Development, noting Council’s LGIP includes capacity improvements to the Eenie Creek Road / Walter Hay Road intersection; and • The proposed development is therefore expected to not result in a significant impact on the operation of the surrounding road network.
