POLICY GUIDELINE - TENDERER FINANCIAL CAPACITY ASSESSMENT
Interest Cover Interest cover is defined as EBIT divided by interest
expense, and measures the coverage of debt servicing
costs by profits. The higher the ratio, the better the
company is positioned in meeting its ongoing interest
payments.
PCREDIT REVIEW
Credit Appraisal This is the assessed level of credit isk attached to the
company, as provided by an appropriate extemal agency
(e.g. illion, Dun & Bradstreet).
Failure Risk This is the assessed relative level of risk attached to the
company based on distress probability, as provided by an
