         DEVELOPMENT PERMIT FOR MATERIAL CHANGE OF USE OF PREMISES - RESORT
         DEVELOPMENT COMPRISING A MULTIPLE DWELLING (109 DWELLING UNITS) AND
         ACCOMMODATION BUILDING (90 ACCOMMODATION UNITS) AND ANCILLARY
         FACILITIES AT 3 AND 7 SERENITY CLOSE, NOOSA HEADS

         Moved:           Cr Jurisevic
         Seconded:        Cr Stewart
         That Council note the report by the Coordinator of Planning to the Planning & Environment
         Committee Meeting dated 11 October 2022 regarding Application No. 132008.176.04 for an
         extension to the currency period for Material Change of Use - Resort Development
         comprising a Multiple Dwelling (109 Dwelling Units) and Accommodation Building (90
         Accommodation Units) and Ancillary Facilities situated at 3 and 7 Serenity Close, Noosa
         Heads and described as Lots 10 and 11 on SP195871 and

         A.   Defer the consideration of the application to such time as the assessment of the Other
              Change application (132008.176.05) has been completed by staff.

         B.   Note the report is provided in accordance with Section 63(5) of the Planning Act 2016.

         A.       Defer the consideration of the application to such time as the assessment of the
                  Other Change application (132008.176.05) has been completed by staff and both
                  applications be reported to Council.
