This letter provides responses to the civil items of the information request received MANAGERS
from Noosa Shire Council dated 23 June 2022 for the proposed development at

Stormwater Quality                                                                                          DEVELOPMENT
Provide an updated SWMP and MUSIC model                       CONSULTANTS
An updated SWMP and Music model has been provided that addresses the
following items:
            -      catchment size of 0.415ha
            -      corrected the rainfall station,
            -      the extended detention storage was calculated on equal surface area
                   method.
            -      Rainwater tank has been added to the Music model
            -      All stormwater infrastructure has been relocated outside the landscape
                   setback.
Stormwater Drainage
An updated SWMP has been provided that addresses the following items:
            -      Updated survey to show the existing drainage next work
            -      Updated plan to show the proposed connection location
            -      Updated plan to show a section of the proposed Bioretention/Detention
                   Basin and proposed SLs with minimum grade of 0.5% to connect to
                   existing stormwater infrastructure.
            -      Updated SWMP to ensure the detention has been sized for both current
                   rainfall evens and the increase of rainfall due to climate change.
With this information ACOR confirm that regarding the stormwater, the staging of this
development can be achieved.
