Re: Proposed relocation of existing tack room building from 267 Taylor St Wilsonton to 83 Tunba
Court Cooroy Mountain QLD

As per your instructions, I carried out a structural inspection of this building on 17 September 2020
with regard to its suitability to be transported and re-established at the proposed new location at
Cooroy Mountain with an estimated maximum wind classification of N3.

The existing tack room (refer photo below), is single storey timber framed building with
chamferboard wall cladding & fibro roof cladding. It is currently supported on timber stumps. The
building is in a sound structural condition with no visible signs of potential failure or degradation of
the main timber structural framing and it is considered suitable for transport and re siting at the new
location. The structural timber framing appears to be in the order of F17 hardwood throughout.
