Issue
The provided layout plan for the carpark (Ref: 16416, Dwg SD02, Issue 15 dated 30/11/2018) lacks the relevant dimensions for parking spaces and traffic aisles.
Information Required
Provide updated carpark layout plan includes the following:
Dimensions for the parking spaces and aisles in compliance with the relevant section/s and the applicable car User Classes of Australian Standard AS 2890.1.
Dimensions for parking spaces indicated on plan “Small Car” confirming compliance with the standard.
Dimensions for proposed bicycles and motorbikes parking spaces in accordance with the applicable standard/s.
Show the overall dimensions for the car park to confirm consistency with the final architectural plans submitted for development approval.
Issue
No sufficient information/diagrams to demonstrate adequate turning area/s for car manoeuvring in the proposed carpark.
Information Required
Provide to scale diagrams/plans to demonstrate that adequate turning/manoeuvring areas are provided for standard vehicle (normally B99) movements in and out from constrained parking spaces (eg spaces at the end of Blind Aisles, Small Car spaces .. ).
