RE:                NOOSA SPRINGS BOUTIQUE HOTEL - PV SOLAR POWER


Phil, we have reviewed the latest design provided and confirm PV design shown will have space for a
50kVA solar PV power generating system.

The benefits of the system being provided include the following:-


Roof Top Solar Power

The development is to have a 50kVA rooftop PV solar power system. This is concealed in recessed roof
plant areas and on top of car bays as shown. This is so the plant and PV panels are not visible but still
fully exposed to the sun.

This will provide the following benefits:-

a        A 50kVA PV system will save approximately 60,000k9 of CO2 greenhouse emissions per annum
a        The environmental benefit of this is the equivalent of:
         -         planting 360 trees; or
         -         taking 12 petrol cars off the road; or
         -         making B homes completely carbon neutral.
