Deliverable Strategy
Design has maximised the number of hotel rooms that have operable areas of facade to
maximise availability of natural ventilation, whilst complying with the BCA operability restrictions.
All hotel rooms will have ceiling fans.
Ventilation
Common corridors to be mechanically ventilated.
Natural ventilation will be maximised throughout.
