6. Discussion on Visual Tree Assessment

   •   All three established trees located on verge show good health and vigour, tree
       one is located close to proposed construction of 2m wide footpath exstention,
       providing Arborist is on site during any works within 500mm of base the new
       footpath construction will not affect health of tree.
   •   Trees two and three are located a significant distance from new construction of
       2m wide footpath no not impact.




7. RESULTS

   •   All trees located along footpath are suitable for retention




8. RECOMMENDATIONS

   •   Light canopy lift prune on tree two to allow crews to complete works and reduce
       potential of damage to low limbs
   •   Diploma arborist onsite during works being carried out around the base of tree
       one.
