REPS 5. Appendix E - Arborist assessment

      1. INTRODUCTION

     Arboriculture Contractors Australia was contacted by Altum Constructions and
     requested that an AQF Level 5 Arborist attend 245 David Low Way Peregian beach
     QLD to assess trees located on verge and with proposed widening of footpath of 2
     meters how this will impact retention of trees, trees were inspected, measured, and
     photographed in accordance with industry best practice standards.


      2. KEY OBJECTIVES

         •   In the event that the existing vegetation in the front road reserve is retained and the
             existing footpath is widened 2m wide as per Condition 33

         •   Inspect existing vegetation for retention, offer recommendations.
