 6.1) Provide a brief description of the changes proposed to the development approval (e.g. changing a development
     approval for a five unit apartment building to provide for a six unit apartment building):
 Reduction of current number of car parks. The proposed reduction is 2 from the currently provided 63. The resulting
 number of parks will be 61. This number of car parks conforms to the original approval DNA184.
 Removal of existing trees as detailed on the attached plans and Arborists report.
 Provision of equitable access to the property from the street for pedestrian visitors. This requires demolition of the
 existing non-compliant stair and ramp and construction of a new ramp and stair in accordance with AS1428.1.

 These changes refer to Conditions 3 and 15 of the current approval.
