There were four general areas found to form part of the earthworks already undertaken at the time of our
assessment. Broadly speaking these were as follows:

 A driveway diversion running adjacent to the slope contours off the existing asphalted main driveway
to the south-west. Earthworks were limited to surface stripping, and installation of swale drains to
either side of the driveway extension.
 A southern area where minor, mostly cut, earthworks had been completed to form a level to gently
        sloping area of cleared ground.
 Formalisation of a pre-existing historical track feature had also been undertaken connecting the
southern cleared area to the northern cleared area (see below). This was sidelong to the sloping
ground (parallel to slope contours). Earthworks had been limited to initial surficial stripping, and
cutting of a drainage ditch along the upslope (western) side of the alignment.
 A northern cleared area was present to the northern side of the existing residence, being mostly in
cut due to the topographical position, with a level to gently sloping finished surface.
All features as part of the existing earthworks assessed had been left with compacted roadbase materials at
surface, and we understand that asphalting of the driveway extension and formalised access track are
proposed to finish. All cut (and minor fill) batters had been seeded via hydromulching, with some sporadic
coverage of grass already present at the time of our assessment.

An indication of the location of the site features present is given below in Text Figure 2.
