RE: 	SUSPEND APPEAL PERIOD TO MAKE CHANGE REPRESENTATIONS
Minor Change to Development Permit for Material Change of Use of Premises – 25 Rural Tourist Villas, 2 Manager’s Residences & Community Hall, at Lakelands Resort on land at 2/396 Lake Cooroibah Rd, Cooroibah, (legally described as GTP 1928, Lot 2 GPT 1928).

Pursuant to s.75 of the Planning Act 2016, I formally give notice that I suspend the applicant’s appeal period to allow additional time to make representations in relation to Development Permit 51987.2966.05.  The representations will be submitted within the timeframe required by the act (20 business days) which we calculate will fall on 21 October 2022.
