 a site plan is provided clearly showing the total area to be cleared in line with exempted development
  provisions
 if multiple exemptions items (and areas) are requested, these areas should be differentiated and
  annotated on a plan

Additionally, it is recommended that plan is prepared in line with the DA form guide for relevant plans. It is
noted a photograph of a hand drawn plan will not be accepted by SARA.

The above actions must be completed within 20 business days of receiving this notice, or a further period
agreed with the department, to avoid your application lapsing.
