                54.     All recommendations outlined in Section 7.0 of the Flora and Fauna Assessment must
                        be fully implemented before the commencement of the new facilities. Certification
                        prepared by a suitably qualified person, must be provided to confirm that all works have
                        been completed in accordance with the Flora and Fauna Assessment.
                55.     Rehabilitation and weed management of the 30-metre-wide vegetation buffer area west
                        of the Cleanaway Depot must be undertaken generally in accordance with the
                        recommendations of the Revised Determination and Location of Offset Requirements –
                        Site A on Lot 77 SP298776 Letter.
                56.     Certification must be submitted to Council from a qualified person* which certifies that
                        the rehabilitation and weed management works have been undertaken in accordance
                        with the Revised Determination and Location of Offset Requirements – Site A on Lot 77
                        SP298776 Letter.
