    Council Resolution

    Moved:            Cr Jurisevic
    Seconded:         Cr Wilkie

    That the meeting be closed to the public pursuant to section 275(1)(e) of the Local
    Government Regulation 2012 for the purpose of discussing Item 8.1 - Closed Session Item -
    Potential Purchase of Land at Peregian Beach.
                                                                                  Carried.


    RE-OPENING OF MEETING TO THE PUBLIC

    That the meeting be re-opened to the public.

1   POTENTIAL PURCHASE OF LAND
    AT PEREGIAN BEACH

    Council Resolution

    Moved:            Cr Wilkie
    Seconded:         Cr Jurisevic

    That Council note the report by the Chief Executive Officer to the Ordinary Meeting dated
    23 October 2014 and authorise the Chief Executive Officer to:
    A.     Proceed with the proposed course of action as outlined in the report; and
    B.     Make public the contents of this report once it has been implemented.
