dangerous or offensive trade or thing AND it is agreed that

the rights and liberties hereby granted shall be forever
appurtenant to the Dominant Tenement without any unnecessary
obstruction whatsoever by the registered proprietors of the
Servient Tenement PROVIDED FURTHER that the Servient Tenement
shall at all times hereafter be maintained and kept in reasonably
trafficable order and in reasonably good and clean condition all
such maintenance and keeping to be carried out by the effort

of the said MICHAEL GORDON CHAMPION and his heirs executors
administrators and assigns and the registered proprietors for the
time being of the-Dominant Tenement IT BEING ACKNOWLEDGED that the
Tenement shall be used for the purposes of ingress egress by

the MICHAEL GORDON CHAMPION and his heirs executors administrators
and assigns and the registered proprietors for the time being of

the Dominant Tenement PROVIDED FURTHER that the said ROBYN ESTELLE

 

WARD and her executors administrators and assigns and the
registered proprietors for the time beng of the Servient Tenement
shall be entitled to the fuli and free use of the Servient Tenement
for such purposes as she. may think fit subject only to the rights
hereby conferred on the said MICHAEL GORDON CHAMPION and his heirs
executors administrators and assigns and the registered proprietors

for the time being of the Dominant Tenement.
