4.1 Surrounding Land Use and Existing Built Form of the Area
The subject lot for this proposal is located approximately 16km from Noosa Heads and 32km from Gympie. Additionally,
the site borders Ringtail State Forest to the south-east and is bound by Cooloothin Creek to the north. All surrounding land
uses are zoned as Rural uses or Environmental Management and Conservation uses.
