   2.    Development undertaken in accordance with this approval must generally comply with

Applicant’s Request
The applicant has requested that Condition 2 be amended to reflect the changes to the proposal
plans.
Assessment of Request
The proposal includes changes to the approved plans, including:
•    Formalising carparking at rear of site;
•    Relocating the approved low impact industry shed planned for the rear of the site to adjoin
     the existing building;
•    Internal renovations of the office, showroom and toilet areas;
•    New shade over entry forecourt;
•    Formalising the waste service area.
