INFORMATION REQUIRED
The information requested is set out below:
Issue
It is not clear from the submitted drawings how the existing retaining wall will tie-in to the proposed works and how its structural integrity will be maintained.
It is council’s preference that the cut wall’s returns, within road reserve, are constructed with the same materials and appearance as the existing wall.
It is expected that the obsolete driveway is removed and road reserve features reinstated.
Information Required
Provide amended plans that show the wall’s returns with the same materials and appearance as the wall.
Provide detailed plans, prepared by a RPEQ, that show how the wall will tie-in with the proposed works (including cross and longitudinal sections).
Provide RPEQ certification that the proposed works will not compromise any council assets, including, but not limited to, the structural integrity of the wall.
Provide amended plans that show the existing wall extending over the existing driveway’s frontage. This section of the wall is to be constructed with the same materials and appearance as the existing.

The due date for providing the requested information is 18 March 2021. Please advise Council of your response to this information request in accordance with section 13 of the Development Assessment Rules.
If you do not provide a response before the due date, it will be taken as if you have decided not to respond to the information request and Council will continue with the assessment of your application.
