with no permanent structures or trees. The site runs in a north / south direction on the western side
of David Low Way. There is a 2 meter wire fence along the western boundary, commercial /
residential buildings on the southern boundary and a Council construction underway at the
northern boundary. There is a large XXXX Gold sign and a site office presently at the northern end
of the site.

2.0 CONTRACTOR DETAILS

The contracting firm is Milsearch Australia Pty Ltd (Milsearch), ABN 44 007 106 881. Milsearch is
a Contracted member of the Defence Unexploded Ordnance Panel (DUXOP) and, as part of that
membership, is considered competent by, and has a contract with the Commonwealth of Australia,
for the conduct of UXO assessment and remediation works.

2.1. MILSEARCH STAFF

Mr. Paul Ingerton the Milsearch Queensland Manager conducted the UXO search and remediation.
Mr. Ingerton’s Resume is attached at appendix D.

2.2. DATES OF CONDUCT
The Site was subjected to a 100% UXO search and remediation on the 8" October 2009.
