3 and 7 Serenity Close, Noosa Heads
Resort Complex and Shop.

As a member of the Noosa tourism community, I support the application for this resort development for the following reasons.


  1.  Noosa does not have and needs a 5 star tourism experience and venue for the range of different holiday maker who comes to our community.
  2.  Our industry misses out on opportunities for conferences, weddings and celebrations as we don’t have an accommodation offering to the standard that guests expect.
  3.  The consistency of employment for all areas of the industry will be enhanced with a resort that will attract guests that currently aren’t coming here as we aren’t able to offer them the experience they are seeking.
  4.  Noosa Junction operators and businesses will benefit from the flow on spend and activity with having a resort within walking distance.
  5.  The resort has a great look and feel about the design and layout, the different pool areas, restaurant and guest areas have been well thought out. The design is not to different to the other large units built in Serenity Close.
  6.  So much of the old settlers cove land has been committed to parks and conservation, this area was always proposed to need clearing for the current approval. It is good they are keeping more trees along Serenity Close.
